Easy Riders School & Shop Terms and Conditions

We are a small friendly operation, committed to getting people safely having fun and learning new watersports skills. We’re open 7 days a week year-round for bookings.

All our courses depend on weather to ensure safety & quality of experience. In the event of unsuitable weather sessions are non-refundable. Lesson credit will be given for an alternative date, valid for 12months from original booking date.

A decision on the weather will be made the day before your booking unless otherwise agreed between Easyriders and the customer.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, sessions are non-refundable but to receive full lesson credit we require 72hrs notice. Cancellations between 72 and 24hrs notice will receive 50% credit value

Any cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice or ‘no-shows’ will result in the lesson being lost; you will need to pay in full to rebook.

All lessons and activity sessions are run by qualified staff whose decision on the suitability of conditions for the activity is final.

During any kit rental the customer is liable to pay for any damages incurred to the kit above and beyond standard wear and tear.

Instructor Training Courses are a non-refundable booking and require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to receive full course credit. Any cancellations made within 1 to 2 weeks of the course start date will receive a 50% credit. Cancellations made within 1 week of course start date will lose all course credit value.
No courses guarantees a level of attainment. We work towards these in accordance with clients abilities and individual learning styles.

If you are unhappy with our terms and conditions of booking you can change your mind and have a full refund within 48 hours of your booking confirmation.

No booking is confirmed until full payment for the course has been made.

All Items are non-refundable

** Exchange Policy**
We offer exchanges for items purchased from our store.
Exchanges are only accepted within 28 days from the date of purchase.

**Conditions of Exchange**
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.

**Equal or Similar Value**
Exchanges are limited to products of equal or similar value.
If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Easy Holidays Terms and Conditions

Everyone on our trips is required to have both a BKSA membership and Travel Insurance that covers kitesurfing/wingfoiling and send through proof/details before the start of the trip.
You are required to bring your own kit (or it is available to rent from us in advance).

We offer kit rental packages; any ‘wear & tear’ breakages are covered in this. However, if you’re trying crazy tricks & triple mega loops before you can ride both ways then you will be liable to pay for damages to kit. I.e if you’re being reckless with it.

For those with their own kit, we understand accidents happen and you don’t want to be stuck halfway through the trip with only half a kite/wing! In these cases, we can daily or bespoke rental rates. As above with accidental damages.

Beginners are more than welcome on our trips*, we want to get as many people hooked on kitesurfing & wingfoiling as possible! But we do recommend you have done minimum a 2day course (kite), or 4hrs coaching (wing) with us prior to the trip to cover the basic skills. This will also help you get more out of the holiday.
*We can advise which trips are more suited for beginners.

Whilst we pick the locations of our trips because of their consistent great wind conditions, we cannot 100% guarantee the wind. In the cases of unsuitable wind conditions we are unable to offer any refunds but we will organize alternative activities (some of which may be charged extra if it is booked through a 3rd party) and still make it an awesome easy holiday.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check their own personal visa requirements for travel to that selected country.
Whilst on any of our trips, you must adhere to our advice and guidance. We know these places like the back of our hands and want to keep you all safe whilst having an epic time. If our instruction/guidance is ignored we cannot be held responsible for any consequences.

All our holidays are sold excluding flights and are based from arrival at the destination airport or accommodation. We are happy to advise on flight routes; give us a call.
A £500 deposit is required upon booking. Full payment is due no later than 28 days prior to departure.

The company reserves the right to cancel any course or holiday for any reason at any time before the start of the course. In this situation participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund. Cancellations due to situations out of the control of Easyriders Holidays such as wars, natural disasters, pandemics etc may be subject to the loss of money paid where a refund is not possible.

We sell our holidays in sterling based on exchange rates about a year in advance. We also try to absorb as much currency fluctuation as we can but in today’s climate sometimes, we may have to increase the sterling price if the regional currency has gone up by an unforeseen amount.
